Premium kombucha fermented as a sparkling wine from exquisite loose leaf teas. A dry all-day spritz, with notes of straw, grapefruit and sweet lemons. Brewed from a Chinese pan-fired, Dragonwell green tea.
The tea is a beautiful roasted green tea and creates a fermented drink that is light and citrusy with notes of sweet lemons and grapefruit, but with a delicate leafy undertone. Dry and fresh, it is a perfect light summer spritz to be drunk at any time of day, just like your favourite dry white wine.

KOMBUCHA KNOW HOW

Kombucha is fermented tea. Yeast and bacterial fermentation, and time, create a deliciously tart drink. The unique Real Kombucha brewing process builds on the delicacy of hand-picked, loose leaf fine teas.

TASTING NOTES

Ferments to give delicate notes of grapefruit and sweet lemons. Definite green tea back note and a longer, fuller-bodied, yeasty finish.
